HMB Roadshow to West and Van Hoosen

MORNING SHOW

8:30 - Parent arrive at main office to sign in then go to band room

8:45 - Load up RCS trailer with percussion/big instruments

9:00 - Busses arrive, go to West MS

9:15 - Get to West. Cadence through West

Perform for West students in two different assemblies

10:45ish - Come back to Adams

Students go to Lunch. Parents are released.

AFTERNOON SHOW

1:00 Parents arrive at main office to sign in then go to band room

1:15 Students come back to Band room. Start going to VH.

1:30 March around VH.

1:45 Perform show for VH at stadium.

2:20 Dismiss students. Head back to Adams. Tour is finished. Parents fight traffic.
